Commercial law
Under the commercial law, we counsel clients on the matters concerning management of companies and organise implementation of merging and takeover transactions, including preparation of the related documentation and performance of legal due diligence by involving counsellors from other fields of life from among our cooperation partners. We have provided counselling on establishment, division, merger, reorganisation, dissolution and liquidation of companies, as well as developing the management structures of companies, regulating the relations between shareholders, incl. in disputes between shareholders, in preparation of financing plans, and in negotiations. A large part of the work done by the commercial law team is made up of preparing contracts and providing counselling to the implementation of transactions.
