Law of obligations
Law of obligations is closely related to all of the main fields of private law. Law of obligations regulates both contractual legal relationships and non-contractual legal relationships, for example the relationships emerging from unlawful causing of damage. In matters related to the law of obligations, we counsel our clients both in pre-contractual negotiations and in the matters concerning performance of the contract regardless of the type of agreement. We also provide counselling in settling legal issues arising from non-contractual legal relationships.
